Please note that we provide logistics and transportation services, not physical products. Therefore, returns do not apply to our business. However, service cancellations and refunds may be considered under specific conditions listed below.
Before Dispatch: If a shipment is canceled before dispatch, a full or partial refund may be issued depending on administrative and processing costs already incurred.
After Dispatch: Once goods are in transit, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds may be approved only under the following circumstances:
Duplicate payment or overpayment.
Service not rendered due to Company’s fault (e.g., shipment not picked up as scheduled).
Cancellation approved before shipment dispatch.
Refunds will not be provided if:
The client provided incorrect or incomplete shipping details.
Delay or loss was caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters, customs clearance, strikes, or government regulations).
Goods were improperly packaged, prohibited, or restricted.
Clients must submit a written refund request within 7 business days of the issue.
All refund requests must be sent to info@jssonslogistics.com
with proof of payment and shipment details.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
Certain fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Administrative charges.
Fuel surcharges.
Customs duties, taxes, and third-party carrier fees.
If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us directly before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We will make every effort to resolve the matter fairly.
