JS & Sons Logistics LLC (“Company”) provides freight brokerage, logistics coordination, and supply chain support services. The Company acts solely as an intermediary, coordinator, or agent unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All international transportation services, including ocean and air freight, are performed by licensed third-party carriers, freight forwarders, or NVOCCs. The Company does not assume carrier liability for international shipments.
Cargo loss, damage, delay, or claims related to international transportation are governed by the terms, conditions, and liability limitations of the underlying carrier or forwarder issuing the applicable bill of lading or transport document.
By engaging the Company’s services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
